The
TCTAA is recognized by the IRS as a wartime veterans organization and
is thus a charitable organization. All contributions are thus fully
deductible. Our first charitable act was to provide financial
assistance to one our members, Steve Privette, whose home was
completely demolished by Hurricane Ike, which ravished the Texas Gulf
Coast and the region around Galveston Bay. Members contributed $1,800
which was passed on to the Privettes, who used the money to help them
get by while they rebuilt their lives.
While membership dues are not tax deductible, contributions to our organization are. If desired, contributions may be made in the name of a troop carrier/tactical airlift veteran or member and we will set up a web page in honor of that person. Send your contributions to TCTAA treasurer Ralph Bemis. TCTAA
